Course Description: In this module you will learn about the Outside of School Hours Care industry and the role you will be expected to fulfill as an educator and carer of students. The module covers rules and regulations of the industry, duty of care, types of activities and play to engage children, communicating effectively with diverse children, and behaviour management strategies. This is a great professional development course for people who are looking to gain a job in OSHC or those who’ve recently started at an OSHC service.
