Course Delivery Options
At Adapt Education we do things differently. Our goal is to provide flexible delivery options that meet school needs and provide your students with great outcomes!
RTO Delivery
1. Full RTO delivery: Adapt will be responsible for the training and assessment of all course components with no administrative or teaching burdens placed on school staff. Some courses may be available as Self-Paced Online courses, others may require onsite training. Refer to individual course outlines to view available study modes.
2. RTO Delivery Supported by School: Adapt will be responsible for all formal training and assessment. The school will be asked to nominate a support person. This person may be responsible for providing basic guidance and oversight of course progress and arranging practical placement (if applicable). This is a great option for schools wanting to help students access discounted course prices but minimise teaching and administrative burdens.
Note: Options 1 & 2 above are not considered a Third Party Arrangement.
Partnered Delivery
Partnering arrangements are a great way to expand the vocational options available to your students. They are cost effective for students and enable access to quality courses while minimising administrative and compliance burdens. Partnered delivery is a formal partnering arrangement where the school provides a suitabily qualified trainer to deliver an Adapt Education course. Schools are required to meet minimum cohort numbers (generally 8).
3. Shared delivery: The school’s “in house” trainer is responsible for training, student support and in some cases, practical assessments. Adapt remains responsible for the provision of: course content, online LMS system, student assessment, training and support for nominated trainer, and all administration (including enrolment, compliance, reporting and certificate issue).
4. Full school delivery: The school’s “in house” trainer is responsible for all training, assessment and student support. Adapt remains responsible for the provision of: course content, online LMS system, training and support for nominated trainer, and all administration (including enrolment, compliance, reporting and certificate issue).
Note: Options 3 & 4 above will require a formal Partnering Agreement in place between Adapt Education and the School.
Partnering Inclusions
- All learning resources, assessments, and marking guides provided.
- Full staff training provided.
- Unlimited Trainer Support.
To Establish a Partnering Arrangement, contact us to arrange a meeting (Teams or Zoom). We will discuss your requirements and showcase the course and LMS system to ensure it meets your needs.
Study Modes
Refer to individual course outlines to view available study modes. Study modes may include:
- Self-paced Online: students complete the course independent from their school studies. This may be done in their own time, or in spares, or built into the student’s timetable with a dedicated line on their timetable or selected incursion days. This mode has no minimum cohort, so enrolments from individuals are accepted.
- Onsite: students complete training and assessment through face-to-face sessions conducted by an approved trainer. Schedules and timeframes can be negotiated with the school – for example 1 day per week or as suited for the curriculum timetable.
- Blended: In some instances there will be a combination of self-paced and onsite learning.
